Businesses and professionals in the defense industry will gather in Adelaide in September for the Landforces exhibition. The inaugural event in 2014 was a great success with over 450 exhibitors from several countries and attending and more than 10,000 visitors through the doors.
The Australian Army and Department of Defence used LAND FORCES 2014 as a platform for engagement and nurturing and creating partnerships with neighbours, allies and other in the industry.
In 2014 there were 15 conferences, seminars and industry roundtables involving people from many regions and segments of the industry. Building on these results, LAND FORCES 2016 will again be the ideal platform for showcasing and introducing new ideas, products and services involving the land-defence business in Australia and the Indo Asia Pacific region.
The event is organised and conducted by Land Defence Australia with support from the Australian Army, the Australian Department of Defence and the Defence Science and Technology Group (DST Group). Their mission is to promote the development of Australia’s industrial, manufacturing and information/communications technology resources in the land defence and military sectors.
