Our on-site crew and Account Managers have just returned from a successful Fine Food Expo in Melbourne. We had 4 stands there this year; Matrade (Malaysian Consulate), Middleby, Tomkin and Kez’s Kitchen. Being a food-service/hospitality show, there is a lot of product and large equipment to go on display which always equates to a very busy install.
As the stand builders we need to make sure the exhibitors have plenty of time pre-show to stock their stands with product and equipment so making sure the install runs like clockwork is very important.
